
According to the report presented by Orlando Regional REALTORS Association August 21, 2022 - August 27, 2022 real estate market activity for Lake, Orange, Osceola & Seminole counties shows a median price of single family homes increased to $420,000, a change of 1.2% and the median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $284,950, a change of 17.5% and a 2.34 months of inventory.
