According to the report presented by Orlando Regional REALTORS Association August 21, 2022 - August 27, 2022 real estate market activity for Lake, Orange, Osceola & Seminole counties shows a median price of single family homes increased to $420,000, a change of 1.2% and the median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $284,950, a change of 17.5% and a 2.34 months of inventory.

According to real estate sales data reported by the Orlando Regional REALTORS Association on their MONDAY MORNING QUARTERBACK WEEKLY MARKET REPORT this week.

ORRA's Monday Morning Quarterback for August 07, 2022 - August 13, 2022 report as follow:

Single-family existing homes

Sales of single-family homes decreased to 446 during the week of Aug 07, from 471 the week prior

The median price of single family homes increased to $416,000, a change of 1.0%

According to the Orlando Regional REALTORS Association (ORRA) the month of July 2022 shows an increase of inventory of single family homes, condos, townhomes and villas inventory for July 24 - July 30, 2022 and an increase of median price range for all property categories below:

Single-family existing homes

  • Sales of single-family homes increased to 530 during the week of Jul 24, from 470 the week prior
  • The median price of single family homes increased to $425,000, a change of 1.2%
  • The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 4 last week, from 2 the week of Jul 17
  • The number of single-family home short-sale transactions remains constant at 0
  • Single-family inventory increased by 158, and now sits at 4,869
