The Orlando's weekly real estate market report provided by the Orlando Regional REALTORS Association shows a decrease of single family homes, condos, townhomes and villas inventory for July 3rd - July 9, 2022 and an increase of median price range for all property categories.

Single-family existing homes

  • Sales of single-family homes decreased to 419 during the week of Jul 03, from 767 the week prior
  • The median price of single family homes increased to $426,600, a change of 0.4%

Accordingly with the Monday Weekly Market Report provided by the Orlando Regional REALTORS Association, during the week of March 20 - March 26, 2022 the median price of single family homes increased to $406,000, a change of 1.5% and the median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $247,625, a change of 2.7%.

Home values are on the rise thanks to low housing supply and high buyer demand. The rising median prices mean your home is worth more in today's market.
