Today, I am thrilled and honored to share with you a momentous milestone in my career – the 20th Anniversary of obtaining the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. This extraordinary journey has been one filled with growth, learning, and the joy of helping others achieve their real estate dreams.

The CRB designation is a symbol of excellence, recognized industry wide as one of the highest credentials for real estate professionals. It is with immense pride that I belong to the 3% distinguished worldwide group of real estate leaders who have earned this coveted title. As a mentor, leader, and volunteer, I have had the privilege of utilizing this knowledge to empower and guide aspiring agents towards success.

Over the past two decades, I have been privileged to serve as a mentor to numerous successful agents in the field. Guiding and nurturing aspiring real estate professionals has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Witnessing their growth and accomplishments in the industry is a testament to the power of knowledge-sharing and mentorship. As a CRB, I understand the importance of cultivating talent and fostering a supportive environment for aspiring real estate leaders.

Running my own personal international brokerage firm has been a dream come true. The training and knowledge imparted during the certification process have played a pivotal role in shaping my brokerage firm into a beacon of trust, integrity, and success. 

Mentorship has been at the core of my career, and the CRB designation has further strengthened my ability to nurture talent.

As a leader in the field, I have always strived to set an example of professionalism and integrity.

I take immense pride in holding the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation, and being licensed in both Florida and Puerto Rico has opened unique opportunities to assist clients from diverse backgrounds. This dual licensing allows me to navigate the intricacies of different markets and provide tailored solutions to each client's distinct needs.

Volunteering in the real estate community has been a passion of mine, and the CRB designation has given me the platform to contribute actively to the growth and development of our industry. I believe that giving back is not just a responsibility but an honor, and I am dedicated to creating a positive impact within the real estate profession.
